MO43-5 Cost analysis of multiple drug chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer

Chemotherapy for unresectable advanced gastric cancer is standardized as a combination of platinum and pyrimidine fluoride anticancer drugs. Currently, multiple regimens are available; however, the drug costs and side effects differ and the distribution of costs per regimen is unclear. We verified the resources used by aggregating medical receipts for patients with gastric cancer receiving chemotherapy using NDB.
