摘要

•A series of naphthalimide-benzothiazole derivatives were successfully synthesized.•In vitro cytotoxicity of 1–16 were evaluated against B16F10, MCF7 and PANC1 cells.•Compound 14 at 9.7 µM conc. exhibited more selective cytotoxicity against B16F10.•In silico ADME evaluation of potent NPI-BTH conjugate.•All the 1–16 derivatives have a medium to high rate of oral absorption.
