摘要

The crystallinity of Nifedipine (NIF) in tablets made from smartFilms ^® was investigated by THz TDS. NIF remains amorphous for loadings of up to 5 w% and partly recrystallizes for higher loadings. The capability of smartFilms to stabilize the amorphous state of NIF can be improved by the addition of Polyvinylpyrrolidone.
