摘要

•1. Hollow ZnSn(OH)6 nano-cubes was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method.•2. Zn2SnO4/SnO2 nano-cubes with hollow structure was obtained by the ZnSn(OH)6 precursor.•3. The as-prepared Zn2SnO4/SnO2 exhibits a good structure-enhanced gas-sensing property.
