摘要
Giant Cell Tumor (GCT) is a rare primary skeletal lesion accounting for approximately 5% of all primary bone tumors in adults. GCT has been described histologically as a benign neoplastic lesion. It clinically presents as painless, firm, well defined mass without any fixity to underling structures. Although it is benign in nature but rarely GCT may exhibit a much more aggressive phenotype, and the role of chemotherapy in metastatic GCT or residual tumor is not well defined in the literatures.
