摘要

•The temperature dependent Raman studies of SrFe8Co2Ti2O19 M- type hexaferrite are reported.•Spin phonon coupling is observed in SrFe8Co2Ti2O19 Y- type hexaferrite.•The In-field Mossbauer spectroscpic studies confirm the Fe3 + ions distribution at different crystallographic sites.
