张仲景在《金匮要略》运用了大量食疗药膳方防治疾病.其食有利害、顾护脾胃、辨证施方的药膳组方原则,以及增效、减毒、扶正、调剂的组方思路,对后世药膳食疗学的发展起到了很大的推动作用,对现今临床疾病的预防治疗很有指导意义.
