摘要

•A serum concentration curve after administration of long-acting injectable progesterone in anestrus ewes was determined.•Injectable P4 allowed serum concentration above 1 ng/mL for at least 4 and 7 days.•Injectable P4 prior to cyclicity induction did not improve the outcome.•Injectable P4 associated to eCG induced ovulations, without estrus manifestation.
