摘要
•Identification of transitional components and network pharmacology was combined to explore the anti-ALI mechanism of SHL.•A UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS method was developed to characterize the metabolic profiling of rat serum after SHL gavage.•Based on network pharmacology, the key anti-acute lung injury targets and pathway of SHL were screened out.
