摘要
•Connectivity is globally increased during sleep but not wakefulness in SeLECTS compared to age matched controls.•Diffuse connectivity increases during spikes are preceded and followed by focal increases in frontocentral connectivity.•Right hemisphere connectivity increases only with right spikes; right and left spikes increase left hemisphere connectivity.
