Resonance Phenomena in MXene on PCL Nanocomposite

The paper examined parallel RLC resonance in Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene (T-OH, Cl or F) deposited on polycaprolactone (PCL) electrospun membrane. Measurements were carried out using impedance spectroscopy method. Results of capacitance studies of the MXene-PCL nanocomposite are presented. At least 3 sharp minima are noticeable on the capacitance diagram. The depth of the minima indicate that in MXene-PCL nanocomposite parallel resonance occurs. For every minimum Arrhenius plot was prepared and for the first and third minimum activation energy was calculated ΔE=0.0048 eV (I minimum) ΔE=0.0375 eV (III minimum). Different activation energy for each minimum shows that at least three types of tunneling between nanoparticles occurs.
