摘要
•ZnIn2S4/rGO/CeO2 Z-scheme photocatalysts were prepared by a one-step hydrothermal method.•Fabricated ternary photocatalyst exhibit excellent activities for H2 and tetracycline removal.•The electron transfer mechanism were discussed.•Rapid photogenerated charge carrier separation and transfer were observed.
