Whole-Genome Sequences of Antibiotic-Resistant Trueperella pyogenes Isolates from Surgical Site Infections in Dairy Cows in Switzerland.

The complete genome sequence of four Trueperella pyogenes isolated from cattle surgical site infections in Switzerland was determined using hybrid assembly of Oxford Nanopore and Illumina reads. Genes conferring resistance to tetracyclines [(W)], sulfonamides (), chloramphenicol (), streptomycin/spectinomycin (), and quaternary ammonium compounds (Δ) were identified on different chromosomal elements.
