At present, the institutional restructuring and business restructuring of the Ministry of natural resources have been basically completed, and business integration has become the focus of the work. According to the instructions of Minister Lu Hao in the “Analysis and Reflection on the Integration Management of Natural Resources since this Round of Institutional Reform” on November 17, 2021, and the current deployment arrangements of the central government to vigorously develop the digital economy, promote digital reform and accelerate digital development, we believe that data plays an important driving and leading role in natural resource management, Data driven business integration, optimizing the business process of natural resources, and finally realizing the “multi-element” integration of institutions, businesses and data is an optional way to promote the integration management of natural resources. This paper analyzes the administrative logic and data logic of natural resource management, and puts forward the idea of data-driven natural resource business and the task of infrastructure construction.
