摘要

•・This is the first case in which nivolumab monotherapy was successful for malignant transformation of mature cystic teratoma.•・Nivolumab was successful although tumor was highly chemo-refractory and malignant potentials.•・We should consider performing comprehensive genomic profiling as early as possible.
