Effects of the combination of novel eye mask sleep position therapy device and oral appliance on positional OSA: A multi-arm, parallel-group randomized controlled trial

•Novel sleep position therapy and oral appliance therapy were effective for positional obstructive sleep apnea.•The combination of these two devices was better than the use of either alone in improving AHI and SASHB.•The combination of the two methods may represent a good option for the treatment of positional obstructive sleep apnea.
