摘要

•The niBpπMn structure is designed to reduce the dark current for MW and LW channel.•The detector with three-terminal architecture is realized for the simultaneous operation mode.•The NETD is less than 20mK for MW and LW channel.•The excellent imaging of the dual-band T2SL detector is shown.
