•A novel hybrid fuzzy MCDM model for determining optimal e-scooter parking locations is proposed.•The fuzzy Aczel-Alsina function based LMAW approach is used to determine the weights of the criteria.•The fuzzy Dombi based RAFSI is applied to obtain the ranking of e-scooter parking locations.
