摘要
Cutaneous manifestations are the most frequently reported adverse reactions following coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19) vaccination [1]. Among these cutaneous mani-festations, acute urticaria has been reported since clinical trials, and is mentioned in all the four vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, Astra, Janssen) monographs [2-5]. Chronic spon-taneous urticaria (CSU), defined as urticaria persisting beyond six weeks, has been rarely reported with this vacci-nation. These skin conditions present the challenge of the possibility or not of second dose and its type. We report 3 cases of new-onset CSU after receiving vaccination against severe acute respiratory syndrome coro-navirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and the outcome after having their second dose.
