摘要

•One-pot synthesis of gold–copper nanoparticles mediated by silk fibroin peptides (SFP@Au-CuNPs).•SFP@Au-CuNPs has strong peroxidase-like property and its Km values for H2O2 and TMB are 0.240 and 0.040, respectively.•SFP@Au-CuNPs exhibits high sensitivity and can be used to detect the activity of antioxidants.
