The metal–organic framework PCN-250 for the extraction of endocrine disrupting compounds in human urine by stir bar sorptive dispersive microextraction

•A method to determine endocrine disrupting compounds in urine is presented.•Analytes are extracted by using SBSDME and analyzed by LC-MS/MS.•The PCN-250(Fe2Mn) MOF is used as sorbent for the first time in biological samples.•Preparation of magnetic complex composite is not needed, simplifying the procedure.•This work expands the potential of SBSDME to other analytes.
