摘要
•A kind of Cu@SB nanozyme with peroxidase-like activities was constructed.•Cu@SB nanozyme effectively activate H2O2 to degrade AML.•1O2 and ∙OH were responsible for the degradation of AML.•Degradation pathway of AML was proposed based on DFT calculations and LC-MS2 analysis.•ECOSAR analysis showed the toxicities of most intermediates were lower than AML.
