摘要

•The density of silicone rubber foam with ceramizable coating was 0.12 g/cm3.•Talc bonded APP and CB formed a ceramic layer on the surface at high temperatures.•The peak heat release rate was only 98.7 kW/m2.•The compression strength of sintered products increased to 908 N.
