摘要
•The article explores various immunoinformatics and bioinformatics approaches in selecting ideal vaccine candidate for African Swine Fever Virus with the following Highlights.•We selected protein sequences of 42 strains of ASFV from 28 countries and predicted binding to MHC proteins•T and Linear B Lymphocytes epitopes were adopted, modelled and molecularly docked against the appropriate MHC proteins.•An adjuvant and multiple linkers were used to create multi-epitope vaccine candidate (VC).•The VC is hydrophilic and non-allergenic as well as has MHC I immunogenicity and antigenicity values
