Anti-fatigue effect of glycoprotein from hairtail (Trichiurus lepturus) by-products in a behavioral mouse model

•The anti-fatigue effect of GHB was studied by mouse behavioral experiments (shuttle box test, open field test and load swimming test).•Revealed that GHB improved the learning, memory ability and activity of mice through shuttle box test and open field test.•This study revealed that GHB improved the exercise endurance of mice through load swimming test.•The relative biochemical indexes showed that GHB significantly increased the antioxidant level in vivo of mice.
