摘要
Individuals with elevated transdiagnostic symptoms of anxiety and depression have a reduced capacity to adjust their learning rate in changing environments (Browning et al., 2015; Gagne et al., 2020). This has led to the suggestion that anxious-depression might be maintained by failures to manage environmental volatility. However, it is unknown whether this changes with psychological intervention. We studied changes in learning rate adaptation following internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT).
