441. Mapping the Neurobiological and Behavioral Progression of Early Course Schizophrenia

While amassing neuroimaging evidence suggests that the alteration of an extensive neural network is involved in the pathophysiology of chronic schizophrenia, few studies addressed the neurodevelopmental trajectories in early-course schizophrenia, especially within unmedicated patients. It remains critical to characterize a developmental trajectory of reliable neurobehavioral geometries in early-course schizophrenia.
