摘要
Tumor stromal infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) have a relation of "inflammation” in tumor microenvironment. At our institution we’ve carried out multiple studies addressing different markers of inflammation, such as Body Mass Index, TILs and NLR in different solid tumors such as melanoma, breast, kidney, colon, among others. We showed this markers are pronostic factors. The same results were obtained when evaluating patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. In this study, the main objective was to investigate the relationship between NLR and progression-free survival (PFS) in NSCLC patients receiving immunotherapy (IO). The secondary objective was to analyze whether there is a relationship between objective response rate (ORR) and NLR in patients with NSCLC.
