摘要

•A covalent organic polymer rich in “N” atoms was successfully synthesized and applied to Au(III) adsorption.•The adsorption capacity of N3-COP to Au(III) was up to 1220 mg/g.•The N3-COP has excellent selectivity and recyclability.•N3-COP can reach adsorption equilibrium rapidly in high concentration solution.
