Two-dimensional (2D) materials- based nanozyme are regarded as promising wide-spectrum antibacterial nanoagents due to large surface area and excellent photophysical properties. However, the antibacterial efficacies are still restricted by their low catalytic activity and weak attachment with bacteria. Herein, we report a 2D copper-cobalt oxide nanozyme with porous surfaces and rich defects.
