Prise En Charge De L’urticaire Chronique Spontanée : Recommandations Françaises

Chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) is an inflammatory disease characterised by spontaneous wheals or angioedema present for more than 6 weeks and occurring on all or most days. Numerous medical drugs are available, all of which have a suspensive effect on CSU. The Centre for Evidence at the French Society of Dermatology has introduced a standardised recommendation for CSU based on evidence from the literature and on consensus expert opinion, and setting out strict methodological guidelines.
