Duplication and aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery with triplication of the anterior cerebral artery: A rare case-report

•Anatomical variations in neuro vascular surgery are quite challenging for the neurosurgeons.•Concurrent AComA duplication and aneurysm with triplicate anterior cerebral artery is an unusual challenging combination that a neurosurgeon may face.•Intra-operative rebleeding is considered a serious complication which in case of occurrence may pose the patient at a high risk of unwanted complications.•Our paper illustrates the above rare combination along with an interesting management plan.
