摘要
The serious damage caused by volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to the environment and human health has attracted worldwide attention. Adsorption methods are among of the most promising VOC emission reduction technologies, with high cost-effectiveness, simple operation, and low energy consumption. The use of an appropriate adsorbent is very important for the removal of VOCs. Based on the preparation of high-performance materials with ideal pore structure and effective adsorption of acetone, in this paper we prepared the zeolite framework adsorbents SiO2@ZIF-67 and SiO2@ZIF-67/Cs as well as the high-temperature calcined C–SiO2@ZIF-67/Cs composites. The results of acetone adsorption tests showed that C–SiO2@ZIF-67/Cs had 55.7% and 32.4% higher adsorption capacity for acetone than SiO2@ZIF-67 and SiO2@ZIF-67/Cs, respectively. The high-temperature calcination can increase the specific surface area, greatly improving the adsorption capacity of the composite for acetone. The composite maintained good adsorption efficiency after five adsorption–desorption tests.
