Pilot search: Diagnostic accuracy of transcranial magnetic stimulation in multiple sclerosis (Scopus).

Abstract Primarily, this review aims to examine the diagnostic accuracy (sensitivity, specificity) of TMS-based outcomes in MS. Secondarily, this review also aims to assess the ability of TMS to distinguish active from inactive, and progressive from relapsing, MS. This record represents the pilot search procedure for the forthcoming literature review. The authors will perform a systematic review with meta-analysis based on a future search, with the same or similar criteria, from multiple electronic databases (Embase, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science).
