Renal Complications in Patients with Predominant Antibody Deficiency in the United States Immune Deficiency Network (USIDNET)

Prior studies have reported that renal insufficiency occurs in a small percentage of patients with predominant antibody deficiency (PAD), and in ∼2% of patients with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID). We sought to understand the epidemiologic and clinical characteristics of renal complications in PAD patients in the United States Immunodeficiency Network (USIDNET) cohort and hypothesized that there is an association between certain renal complications and severity of immunophenotype in PAD patients.
