Kinetics of Response to Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 Vaccine Doses in Patients With Predominant Antibody Deficiency

Anti-spike antibody levels following initial series SARS-CoV-2 immunization are lower in patients with predominant antibody deficiency (PAD) compared to healthy controls. However, the kinetics of vaccine response to SARS-CoV-2 immunization in PAD patients is unknown, especially as additional immunizations have been recommended by the CDC as the pandemic has evolved.
