Outcome of Endovascular Aortic Repair in Hostile Neck Anatomies Before and after Launching Gore® Excluder® Conformable Endoprosthesis

The conformable Gore Excluder stent graft system (CXT; W.L. Gore & Associates, Newark, DE) for severely kinked necks ≤90° has been available in Europe since March 2019. The aim of this study was to compare the outcomes after endovascular aortic repair in necks with hostile anatomy before and after the launch of the CXT.
