摘要
Transition-metal-catalyzed C-Si bond activationhas beenemerging as a powerful tool for synthesizing organosilicons. However, chemodivergent synthesis of structurally diverse organosilicons viacontrollable C-Si bond activation remains challenging. Herein,we report a rhodium-catalyzed chemodivergent synthesis of organosiliconsby controllable C-Si bond activation. This protocol enablesthe rapid synthesis of four types of organosilicons, including allylsilyl ethers, vinylsilanes, oxasilacycles, and beta-silyl ketones, from simple silyl propargyl alcohols and arylboronic acids. The keyto success is controllable on/off of the C-Si bond activationand selective cleavage of different types of C-Si bonds. Thiswork demonstrates the possibility and great potential of controllableC-Si activation in transition-metal catalysis.
