摘要
•4F5 EPS could act as novel micro-associated molecular patterns (MAMPs).•The average molecular weight and major monosaccharide unit of 4F5 EPS were determined.•4F5 EPS triggered ISR by simultaneously activating JA/ET signaling pathway.•Analysis of 4F5 genome showed twenty-one candidate genes involved in EPS synthesis in chromosome.
