摘要
Fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) is a key determinant of endocannabinoid tone. In line with preclinical and post-mortem findings, our recent positron emission tomography (PET) studies have suggested associations between reduced FAAH in brain and increased risk for hazardous alcohol consumption and alcohol use disorder (AUD). The present study investigated whether FAAH levels in brain relate to clinical outcomes in AUD.
