•Dual-fuel spray collision model was developed based on Eulerian-Lagrangian framework.•Increased collision angle causes higher fuel mixing ratio to increase first and then decrease.•Vapor pressure has the largest impact on the collision moment and liquid penetration.•Latent heat of evaporation has the largest impact on the droplet number percentage.•Increased ratio of fuel density difference causes less mixing of droplets with similar mass.
