摘要

•We compared the outcomes of posterior interbody fusion with PLIF and LLIF for two-level lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis.•LLIF had a shorter operation time and less blood loss.•There was a significantly higher frequency of cases in the LLIF group with PI-LL ≤ 10 degrees at 1 year after surgery.
