摘要

•A novel chiral COF membrane was produced via introducing the TpBD-Am7CD.•COF/SSCAM was successfully shown to break the constraint of enantioselectivity and solute permeate flux.•Optical resolution of propranolol, warfarin, atenolol and metoprolol was achieved.•The chiral recognition mechanism of COF/SSCAM was investigated via molecular docking simulation.
