摘要
Trichodysplasia spinulosa (TS) is a rare skin disorder in patients with solid organ transplants. The condition is thought to be caused by the TS-associated polyomavirus, but a direct link has not yet been established. TS typically presents with flesh-colored papules and keratin spicules on the face, predominantly on the nose and forehead. It is also associated with localized alopecia in the eyebrows, eyelashes, and, occasionally, the scalp. Due to the rarity of the disorder, there is a lack of standardized treatment guidelines.
