摘要
Oncogene-addicted NSCLC inevitably becomes resistant to targeted therapy by developing acquired resistance through on-or off-target mechanisms, potentially detectable by liquid biopsy. We present the first reported case of a patient with pretreated EGFRdel19/BRAFV600E lung adenocarcinoma and symptomatic leptomeningeal metastasis obtaining durable clinical benefit on osimertinib, dabrafenib, and trametinib treatment.(c) 2023 The Authors.
