摘要
Extreme events have brought horrible damage to power distribution systems and transportation systems. Generally speaking, post-disaster recovery relies on emergency resources, such as repair crews (RCs). However, due to geographical interdependency, the dispatch of RCs is severely restricted by traffic conditions in transportation systems. To this end, this article proposes a mixed-integer linear programming model to synergistically dispatch RCs in power distribution systems and transportation systems. Geographical interdependency is modeled to guarantee feasible and practical routing schedules. A novel linear traffic flow transmission model is proposed to improve computational efficiency. The proposed dispatch model is solved sequentially based on the up-to-date faulty information and system states to make full use of mobile resources. Numerical results on 33–12, 136–20, and 141–39 node test systems validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in improving restoration efficiency.
