摘要

Numerical implementation of the generalized Frobenius method is developed and implemented. Construction of local Smith normal form is used to resolve the issue with inversion of singular associated matrix polynomial. The usage of the method is demonstrated in the case of Schrödinger equation for electron in narrow-gap semiconductor.
