The construction of S-scheme heterostructure in ultrathin WS2/Zn3In2S6 nanosheets for enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen evolution

Ultrathin 2D/2D WS2/Zn3In2S6 nanosheets with S-scheme heterojunctions are synthesized, which displays a high photocatalytic hydrogen production rate of 30.21 mmol·g−1·h−1 with an apparent quantum efficiency of 56.1%.
