摘要
The artificial visual perception (AVP) systems mimicking the human body need an autotuning active photoadaptation (AAP) ability against diverse light environments. However, using one single optoelectronic synaptic transistor device to achieve the actively adjustable AAP still remains a challenge without the aids of peripheral circuitry and algorithms. Here, we report a biocompatible PVA electret-based synaptic phototransistor (PSPT) with AAP ability that can be actively regulated by the external light stimulation conditions along with the internal PVA thickness. A demonstrative AAP application was carried out to illustrate the boost active photoadaptation functionalities in the PSPT sensory terminals, proving that we can acquire the adjustable image memory adaptation characteristics towards the target application scenarios through elaborate device design. The device features may provide a promising approach for the future in-sensor AVP systems.
