Petechial Rash and Glomerulonephritis: First Presentation of Endocarditis on a Patent Foramen Ovale Closure Device.

Patent foramen ovale device closure is rarely associated with complications. This case report is believed to be the first description of a patient with infective endocarditis of a patent foramen ovale closure device presenting as glomerulonephritis.
